Thanks for any feedback

i never buy the support from them, but when i post incidents, the following page would tend to show u if there's any relate issue (in hope that can be solve without having you post on the page)

well, i did came accross read those "unrelated" incidents, and i did see there was quite some complains about their support. especially when it comes to refund.

oh yea, 1 more thing, the same question i posted in LQ vs from mandrake expert (free support)

LQ response are a lot faster, and often time directly hits to the root causing problem.

of course that just my personal experience

Don't bother...you'll be better off using the money to join their club. There is so much out here that spending money for their support is a waste.

Just be patient...it will all come to you from different places on the internet....if you Google for an answer, chances are good you will find it on Usenet.

This is one way to get a answer when you get a error message. Go to www.google.com/linux and put a portion of the error message in the search field in quotes. I have found tons of answers that way.

Generally going to a forum hits the broadest of people. There is usually someone that has run into the problem or can get you off to a start of getting the info to narrow down the possibilities.

I suspect that you will get as fast or faster response here than with Mandrake. We are cheaper. You can contribute to LQ though.
