Mandrake 9.2 Radeon 9200 (im using lynx to post) no screen found?
I have a radeon 9200 (gigabyte vendor) and i get the no screens found error.
I have been here hours trying to get thi thing to work as this is my main computer.
I completely erased XP for this but now im sort of wishing i shouldent have.
sorry if this turns out weird im using green lines to go upon.
Im using mandrake 9.2
if its drivers that i need i ask that you plese post a link that takes me to the page
i cant browse the net properly with this thing and ill be basicly sitting here
waiting for a reply. I didnt want to come ot these forums to ask such a silly and common question but i
just cant get my hasd around this.
I did download an XFree 3 driver from ATI but when i type in "rpm -i xxxx
it gives me a conflict error.
Anyideas- im not to sure how to do much so if you have a direction please make it
idiot proof .
