mandrake 10 on an Acer laptop

I am thinking about buying a new laptop and was wondering if anyone knows how well Mandrake 10 runs on Acer Travelmate? It uses the Centrino technology, will that cause any problems? These are the specifications:

Processor Pentium M / 1MB Cache 1.4 GHz
Chipset Intel® 855GM
Memory DDR RAM PC2700 333Hz 512MB (2x256)
Harddrive Ultra ATA/100
Graphics Integrated 3D AGP (DVMT) up to 64 MB

the only annoyance will prolly be the gfx card, my laptop also uses the intel 855 (i810) chipset, the best resulution you will get with 3d will be 1024x768 16bit, you will not be able to get 3d acceleration with it running at 24bit.

Whats really nice now is that the 2.6 kernel supports all the speed step goodies. Even the more advanced stuff for the centrinos.
