steve101, why does it matter? I have windows as my master and mandrake as my slave. As long as i have lilo in my MBR does it really matter? Please explain why....

You can run MCC from fail-safe and configure the video from there.

I ran mcc and everything was set up.

I ran the video test and it said "X86font server Failed" or something like that... something else passed but it went by to fast.

After that i got the black/grey screen again and it locked up!

any suggestions?

why is my font server failing?
