Mandrake 10 & Knotes

Hi, I am running Mandrake 10 Community Edition. I have encountered a problem with Knotes - in that when I try to launch it (via the gui) it tries to launch Kontact and then crashes.

Apologies if this has been covered before, but I could not find it in a forum search.

Might have happened to me before aswell. Try running menudrake and fine knotes. What command is used to run the application? Check that it's 'knotes' (the same you would type to launch knotes from a terminal)

I had the sameproblem. Knote was crashing everytime I tried to use it with Mandrake 10 Community.

I installed Mandrkae 10 Official and the problem was solved.

I guess it was not completed in the Community Version.

Will give the menudrake suggestion a try. Otherwise I hope that future updates solve the problem
