Should arrive in November (look at right hand column of below link). They released the 10.1 BETA 2 a few days ago.

Unless you are part of the Mandrake Club, you cannot download the ISOs right now. You will have to wait for the public release (3 weeks from late October).
Or you can do an ftp install to get it right away. I did mine in about an hour and a half on DSL...
