Mageia java and flash
 

I've just installed Mageia the 64 bit version.
Im still having trouble with the flash powered card game from my last post which versions of flash and java should I be using?

I dont have the latest version of flash it says I have version 10,3,162,29 but when I look at the updates the updated version isnt 64 bit.

And how do I update java? this site tells me there is an update.

Is there a way I can install the latest version with urpmi or package manager? edit I just got the update and have the latest sun java installed. Now to find out why the game wont work.

The only 64 bit version of flash that is available is a testing version (released more than 6 months ago) which does not have numerous security fixes that have been released for the 32 bit version. You may wish to try using a 32 bit version of your game with the 32 bit flash.

thanks for your reply I finely fixed the issue.
After i told Mageia Network center the addresses of my isp's DNS servers the problem went away.
