Local language change

When I installed Mandrake I configured system language to Dutch.

After a while I go tiered of it and wish to put in Italian.

Searching for the setting to change I realized there isn't really affecting the systems lanuage.

Should I Update the system by using the installation cds of Mandrake or is there another way?

You can change the system language using KDE Control Center (not Mandrake Control Center)-->System-->Login Manager.

Fixed it! It took me a while because there was a problem with the system.
