LinuxConf
After instaling 9.2 I realised that LinuxConf was not present . I had a look in the packages but it doesnt seem to be there anymore ..
Am I dreaming

I have it with Mandrake 9.1 and find it useful to modify settings before starting X

yeah, linuxconf killed my system a couple of times, well... that was when i was a noob, but i understand that it was poorly implimented and had a possibility of corrupting the .conf files that it editied.

Been there myself, the dreaded kernel panic .
I used to use RH8 but found it hard to get things up and running like phpmyadmin
Im using Mandrake9.1 now and find that it is quite good . Everything worked immedialtely
I just installed 9.2 for someone it looks nice but is a little buggy . Waiting for the new kernel 2.6 .
come out .
What are the other distributions like I was recommended Debian does it install like Mandrake or RH with RPM's ?
