I am trying to change from 4 stacks to 16 stacks... how do I do kernel hacking to do that? I have Mandrake 10.. and it isnt installed yet- I am doing thtat tonight... so I assume it would be easier to do this while it is installing rather then doing a recompile.

If I have to recompile, is there anywhere with step by step instructions on how to do that?

Anyway, please help me figure out how to change the stack option before I install it so it will be easy.

BTW- I am installing ndiswrapper with a 2.6 kernel. They all say we need to disable the 4kconfig option using kernel hacking in menuconfig- but I have no idea how to do that.

I think you can change that using sysctrl.
