HI,

I have recently installed Mandriva 2008. As usual I did not do am update but a full install as I have my Home directory on a separate partition so I do not lose my setups and user files.

Since installing Mandriva 2008, when ever I log in as me, I get the following error message just after/before KDFE has finished starting up.

KDEInit could not launch '/usr/bin/openkmenu'.

I'm hot sure what this is, I read a bit on google, but have no idea how to sort this out, Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This message only comes up on my login not everyone else's, so assume its something in my home settings.

Did you look in ~/.kde/Autostart ?
