KDE Menue Transparency
 

How can I change the transparency levels in my KDE desktop menues like K menu.

I tried this K -> Configuration -> KDE -> LookNFeel -> Style -> Effects

But "Menu transparency type" and "Menu opacity" are disabled.

Is this the correct way to set the menu transparency? or am I doing something wrong? How can I set the menu transparency in the proper way.

Also I'm using the theme "Galaxy" can this effect my setting not to be able to change?

You're in the right place. I got it to work by clicking "enable GUI effects."

Infact... "enable GUI effects" is already selected. But I still cant touch "Menu Transparency type"

any ideas??? anyone???

Did you click "Menu Effect > Make Translucent?"
