KBFX Menu

Hi,
I've installed kbfx via urpmi and it works fine, I can change the icon, no problem, but I've seen screen shots and downloads on www.kde-look.org where you can make the menu a bit like the xp one rather than a simple standard kde one. But I can't work out how do this. Any surgestions?

Thanks.

Greetings!

latest version of kbfx 0.4.9.1 (as this message was written) has a nice little program called kbxfconfigapp (not sure if earlier versions has it).

Simply run it from a console or from the "run command" dialog in KDE.
There you have few options to play around with and what you seek is "Menu Style"
where you can choose between "kbfx spinx" and "kde menu".
You might want to take a look at "kbfx spinx".

kbxfconfigapp is also reached from the menu itself (if you have "kbfx spinx" menu look)
just look on the top of the menu after "Change the settings".

I was a fan of the kbfx menu project, but lately this little applet start to behave out of control, as I cannot choose if I want that little annoying tooltip or not, and it forces my panel to the kbfx own size. Ruins my preferred look.
