I have Mandriva 2006 DVD installed
I have installed k9copy using easyurpmi and plf repositories with dependencies.
When I try to run k9copy, it immediately crashes with no reason as to why?
I have had k9copy working previously on
Mandriva L.E. 2005
Has anybody got k9copy to work with Mandriva 2006 DVD?
I have Acidrip installed as well! Can you give me your *Acidrip* settings and or requirements to copy/backup a retail DVD?
I can Acidrip copy as .avi but not as .mpg2 to backup and burn to DVD.

Thanks,

Never try to do that.... I only did simple rips to .avi
You could also try with K3B... you need to install "transcode". If you need to clone the dvd I don't think you need transcode but for ripping you need it...
K9copy compiled from source worked on 2006, but I never tried the precompiled packages. Try starting from command line and see what error message you get.
