rpm -e NAME_OF_RPM
Or if you do not know the whole name but want to find all matching files...
rpm -e `rpm -qa | grep apollon `

You can also use the software removal tool in Mandrake. You can either access it as follows
KMenu -> System -> Configuration -> Packaging -> Remove Software
to install software from Mandrake urpmi repositories once they have been configured do
KMenu -> System -> Configuration -> Packaging -> Install Software
Of course you can also run Mandrake Control Center and go to Software Management. Mandrake usually has the Control Center icon on your KIcker (The kde panel).
