IRQ problem with manderake 10
 

I'm trying to install mandrake 10 64 bit edition for the amd athlon but stops when it starts to probe my hardware at

"initializing cryptographic API"

but just above that it says

"PCI: IRQ 0 for device 0000:00:0f.1 doesn't match PIRQ -try PCI=usepirqmask"

so i tried running the pci= command and it still stops on cryptographic but does not come up with IRQ error

Would this mean i must change my IRQ settings in bios??

my spec:
Athlon 64 3000+
1 Gig RAM
IDE HDD
asus K8v mainboard
