Well if you mean that you want to install Microsoft Windows inside your linux, the better way (i think), is to install a virtual machine like VMware, use a virtual disk and install the Windows version you prefer.
It can be dangerous to install Windows after Linux unless you already have a fat32/NTFS partition already made. I had the install remove my Linux partitions once.
Assuming you have a partition ready, make a boot floppy for your Linux, then install Windows, boot into Linux with the boot floppy and re-install lilo/grub.
