Installing Mandrake 9.1 for PowerPC

Hi,

I have IBM RS6000 PowerPC which had AIX installed. Now I want to install Mandrake Linux for PowerPC on it. I downloaded 3 CD images for the OS and tried to install it, but the CD doesn't have bootable image in it. I think we need to create bootable disks to boot the OS, but the problem is how to do that??? Has anyone ever installed or tried to install the OS on a Power PC?? Please help!!!!!!!

Are you stuck on makeing to cds or installing linux? If its the former, go to www.linuxmigration.com for help. for the latter, DId you hold down the special button during to Macintosh boot to boot from cd? It says somthing about that in the help file on the cd.
