Installing 10.1 on dual-disk setup.

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum and to Linux (Gettin' fed up with M$), so give my stupidity a break^^. I have an extra FAT 32 drive installed in my box, and I have no way to image my drive, so I was wondering...if I pick erase my drive, will MDK 10.1 give me an option of which drive to wipe? It would be a disaster if I learned this the hard way o.o.....
