import data from MS Outlook

Hello,

Is there a way to import your ms outlook data
onto your linux desktop to using any
available software for linux ?

in microsoft windows, install mozilla-thunderbird. Import data from ms outlook.

After complete import data, transfer whole mozila-thunderbird directory inside application data into linux .thunderbird.

IIRC, you should be able to export your Outlook Express mail store and address book to text file(s). Most email programs should be able to import from text files (I think).
