Hi folks,
I need to set up an IM server for work that will allow voice comms as well. I have been looking at Ejabberd along with a Windows Jabber client called Neos (
www.neosmt.com)
I can get basic messages with this set-up and also shared whiteboard, which is great but I really need voice. Does anyone know how to do this ? I would prefer to use a Linux jabber server, although the clients for now will be staying on windows.

BTW I did try installing the Jabber 1.4 server on my MDK box but I had trouble getting the client to even log into that.
