IDE Raid + MDK 10.1 Beta

Hi,

I am trying to install MDK 10.1B on my RAID-0 set-up. And it's not going anywhere....
Specs:
2400XP
EPoX 8RDA+ v2.1
Promise FastTrak100 TX4/LX PCI Raid (4 channel, configured in 2x 80Gb DeskStar RAID-0)

I cannot seem to be able to pick up the RAID config. It is currently 160Gb NTFS partition, spanning the 2x 80Gb drives. I wish to reduce the partition to 1x 80Gb for XP and 1x 80Gb for MDK.

Does anyone know of any drivers I can install/download for this card?

I don't think that Linux can "divorce" a striped paired array.

I don't think that this is even doable under any OS.

You must back up your data then repartition the drive and re-install/recover to the new partitions.

So you suggest I back-up everything, then just split the 160Gb RAID-0 into 2 when I install XP first?

it doesn't seem to be able to see the RAID partition anyway.
