I need driver for ESS modem

Hi,
I've an ESS modem (ES2838/2839)(superlink modem), and want to install it on mandrake 9.1; are there driver for this modem for mandrake 9.1?
I've found something at http://sidlo.penguin.cz/ES2838/index_en.html but it seems do not work on mandrake 9.1.

Thank you in advance.
