i need a list of file need for wine hq to run xp

hi, i need a list of files that are need to have wine HQ to have running windows xp on mandriva so i can run xp software could some1 please post a list, a guide to help easiest as possible?

Wine will not run Windows XP, that's not what it's for. Wine will, however, run some Windows programs.

If you want to run Windows XP you will need something like VMWare, which costs money if you don't just want the trial (30 day) version.

well acually i wanted to run win32 apps, just run codecs and kworld capture card driver for my cx23880 i know i post that cx23880 a while back but umm i need some way of running that smilar driver like my origianal driver on mandriva for right now

could you please help on this?

well i not see any documents on winehq's web site may be i'm blind or not? wine dosen't tell how or maybe you see the documents right on wine's website?

In the centre, towards the top, in the box headed "About Wine", read the article and then read very closely the line above the final line.
