Unhappy I accidentaly dissapeared my menu bar

I was exploring konqueror when I accidentaly selected the menu bar not to be visible.
Can you please tell me how to restore it

Note: Also please, if you can, tell me how to get rid of the "bookmarks" toolbar in konqueror...

For bookmarks: right click a toolbar in Konq, select 'Configure Toolbars', uncheck 'Bookmarks'.

For menu: if you are talking about Kicker (the main menu w/ the K button), go to 'Configure Panels' in the KDE Control Center (kcontrol).
