Question How To upgrade KDE?

Hello All,
i have two problems
1st:
i'm using Mandrake 2005, with KDE 3.3 and i want to upgrade to KDE 3.5 (Final Release), I Tried To Download it From www.KDE.org But i Couldn't find anything helpful..

any ideas about upgrading??
----------------------------------------------------------
2nd:
i got that MSG:

Message from syslogd@storm at Wed Apr 26 11:30:10 2006 ...
storm kernel: CPU0: Temperature above threshold

Message from syslogd@storm at Wed Apr 26 11:30:10 2006 ...
storm kernel: CPU0: Running in modulated clock mode
Message from syslogd@storm at Wed Apr 26 05:29:43 2006 ...
note: Listening on Device /dev/pts/0

i asked a friend before about that msg and he told me that my processor is over heat, i checked my fan and i found it runs very well and i checked my bios and everything seemd tobe alright..
but i dont know why that msg always appears..

any idea about that or at least how to ignore that msg

Thanks..

Check out SoS for the latest Mandriva rpms, and see if that helps your kde problem.

>>Temperature above threshold
does not mean overheat, it would depend on threshold.
Maybe threshold is default avlue say 25C

if you install grklem (spelling?) you can monitor the temperature.
Also via the sensor module (lmsensor or something in /etc/sysconfig I think...)
