How to stop Mandriva from deleting updates after they are installed

I have just installed Mandriva 2006 and discovered that there are 958mb of updates. The updates are saved into /var/cache/urpmi/rpms and are automatically deleted once they are installed. I would like to save the updates just in case in future I need to reinstall Mandriva. How can I stop Mandriva from deleting the updates after they are installed?

You can store upgrades in /var/cache/urpmi/rpms. You will need to upgrade from the command line as follows
Code:

#urpmi --auto-select --noclean
