How to Share Internernet Connection?
Hi
I have a mandriva computer with 2 ethernet cards. Both of them are connected to my switch. The first card connects to internet normally. The second card has an IP of 192.168.0.1 subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 I want a second WinXP computer to share this connection. (This machine has ethernet card IP:192.168.0.2 subnet 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.0.1 also connected to same switch) I tried "Share internet connection with other machines wizard" under "Control Center" but it does not worked How can i share the connection? Not : with these configurations i made a winXp-winXp internet share but cannot mandriva-winxp share Thanks a lot. |
scroll down to the bottom of this page and there's a box with a number of near identical questions that have already been asked. if you can't find what you need there, please be more specific about what bits you're haveing trouble with.
