You don't have to make them bootable. Use "Burn as Image iso" under "File"
Yes you will have READ access to your NTFS windows partition and READ/WRITE access to your FAT32 windows partition, whichever you have...

You have the wrong files. Here is the link for English version .iso's
ftp://ftp.lip6.fr/pub/linux/distribu...iso/10.2/i586/
You will want these three files. As you can see they are all over 700+megabytes. Look in your Nero Help files on how to burn .iso image.
File: Mandriva-Linux-2005-Limited-Edition-Download-CD1.i586.iso 716008 KB 05/02/2005 04:56:00 PM
File: Mandriva-Linux-2005-Limited-Edition-Download-CD2.i586.iso 714698 KB 05/02/2005 04:57:00 PM
File: Mandriva-Linux-2005-Limited-Edition-Download-CD3.i586.iso 712854 KB 05/02/2005 04:58:00 PM
Good Luck

If your modem is initialized you should not need to enter a PW. use:
netstat -ar
check your default Gateway first.
Start a new thread, however, for this question. This Thread Title is no longer relevent.
