How to change screen resolution
I finally got linux installed!:Pengy: ! I got my internet working and everything, but I cant find out where to change the screen resolution. This is in Mandrake 10 just to let you know. Any advice would be nice!

If you're using KDE in Mandrake, a straighforward way is to:
KDE COntrol Centre Peripherals Display then change the "Screen size" to what you want. then checkbox Apply settings on KDE startup. or alternately - use the Mandrake Control Centre Hardware Screen resolution or alternately change the resolution settings in: /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 |
