How to best install Mandrake on my G4?

I've just gotten a G4 Powerbook, and installed Virtual PC to run MS Windows when absolutely necessary. I'd like to install Mandrake on this machine as well, and notice that they're now making a distro for MAC's. Question: would it be better to get the PC version and run it in Virtual PC; or should I install the MAC version?

i think you should get the mac version as it's made to take advantage of your awesome mac hardware...

No I haven't used Yellow Dog. Mandrake is the distro I started with on my PC, and I've always been pretty satisfied with it. What do you think the advantages of Yellow Dog would be?
