how do I use the security levels

Hi I have just bought and installed my first Linux operating system, Mandrake 10.0. "applause"!!! The install went fine, no dramas or problems I couldn't get through by simply defulting to defult...
Now I want to configure the computer to do what I intended when I first put it together. My intention was to put together a limited use, Internet only, stand alone computer which can share a broadband connection without being connected to a network. I have two computers connected to the Internet; one "clean" computer (which uses two monitors) for banking, stock market and various other very mundane tasks. Then there is the "Dirty" computer which handles the regular e-mail account, porn, a couple of games etc. I have set up the Mandrake computer as the "clean" computer and it is all working and I am able to surf the net, and access my clean e-mail account and yes, both monitors work correctly with no problems. I want to try to use the security setting to force the computer to forget everything whenever it is turned off. I want a new computer every time I turn it on. My "BIG" question is: can I configure my root account thingy to deny anything to be written to the hard drive at all when logged in as a simple user, (that is outside the linux equivalent to temporary Internet files etc), which can then be wiped clean including e-mail?????
I don't know if anyone else out there is doing this sort of thing, but it is what I want.
Am I able to do what I need to do in "KDE"?
can anyone give me a link which will tell me how to use the native firewall.
Is there a native anti virus program in Mandrake 10.0?
Is there a native spy-ware program in Mandrake 10.0?
Are these questions at all relevant? If I am able to set up the security settings the way I want, won't anything nasty disappear when I reboot.?.?.
I do thank you, I am about six hours into Linux and probably no wizard on Windows either.
Cheers...

a) I would think you'd want to use a live distro if you want a new session every boot. Nothing is ever written to the Hard-drive then
b) Is there a native anti virus program in Mandrake 10.0? - no need
c) Is there a native spy-ware program in Mandrake 10.0? - no need
as for the link on the firewall
Code:

man iptables
- but with a live distro you'd have tos et it up again each time

There are settings in Mozilla to auto-delete all cache/cookies on logout - and don't use POP3 mail if you're that paranoid.
