HTML is a text file (on the hard disk, with text, links to images, other web pages) and JPG is a binary file (an image).

What do you really want to do?

I have made a flyer with open office but it is html format and now,I want to print out that document with somebody's computer(windows).
I want to send it as an attachment but as jpg format other wise I will get different letters, because windows does not have the same charactors(die nasty).

USE PDF!!!!

The huge benefit of Open Office is the "Publish to PDF" button right near the printer button. Whenever I want to print something out of Open Office or send it to someone else, I use the "publish to PDF." It really works well. Now, when I go to print something, I know exactly what I am getting.

You could use 'the gimp' and take a screen shot of the window and save that as a jpg.
