How change samba password from command line?

I can no longer access my linux box using the gui - as I have not been able to figure out how to install a new mouse - and access it via SecureCrt.

I want to change my samba password so it matches my xp login so I can connect automatically. How can I change the password for my samba username from the command line?

Thanks, Tom.

Take a look at the command "smbpasswd"

So logical, I could have guessed it I guess :-) Fantastic, it now logs onto Samba automatically.

Thanks, Tom.
