You require two network cards in your windoze box. Set up internet sharing in windoze. Connect your linux machine to the second lan card on windoze. The first lan card goes to your internet connection. The ip addresses on the windoze to linux connection can be private addresses, ie 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.2. Mask 255.255.255.0.
By far the easy way is to buy a router and plug both boxes into the router, the router goes to your internet connection.
