/home is filling up too quickly, help
I have noticed that my /home partition is 90% full and can not figure out why. I have a second disk mounted as /home/xxx/stg that all large files are stored in. I cannot find any directory that is of any size that will use up the space that is missing.

Take a look at the /home/user_name/.xsession-errors file and see how big it is, if it absolutely huge like when I had a problem with it you will want to log out of X then back in again. I tracked it down to kmplayer and kaffeine just totally filling it with junk in the end instead of having to log out all the time I linked the file to /dev/null. You might want to install filelight to help you track down the large files taking the space if this one is not the problem.
