HELP ME!recover kde!!!


..when i was trying to install skype ,he ask me for libqt3, so i download it and when i were to install it (urmi ....) i put urme into a mistake...after that i reboot the machine with the mandrake cd1 and press f1 (for more option) to reinstall the components, and i press enter to do it.
but when was loading the program appear this:

-error in exec of stage2 :-(
-trying to execute '/usr/bin/runinstall2' from the installation volume
-the following fatal error occurred
-fatal error in stage1: I/O error

more weird is that i went to the directory /usr/bin/ and there was no runnistall2.
please someone help me....please..

try putting cd 1 back in and booting with it . then press enter at the prompt and choose update instead of install.

i try that and doesnt work, i said the same think(error....)

If you're getting an I/O error from your installation CD, then perhaps it's become corupted somehow. Maybe it's scratched or somthing. Try to burn a fresh copy.
