Help! Ethernet disconnect after 2 minutes
 

I'm having a hard time surfing the net because my ethernet connection goes down after a few minutes connected. I monitored it and it always disconnect after 2 minutes up. What caused that? And what do I do to change that?

More info needed .Are you on a wireless/modem/satellite/local network or what?
Is your machine disconnecting itself or is your ISP cutting you off.
Have you paid your bill lately as they often let you connect for a short time to get email then cut you off .
