gxine and kb rate
 

I have been trying to get gxine to play asf-asp on 2 sites for along time and could never understand why it would play other sites asf-asp. I've found a common thread of the 2 I can't get-one is 16 kbs and the other is 8. The one I get is 20kbs. Another asks if you connect dial-up or DSL. I have to check DSL or gxine won't play, I have dial-up.
So, what can I modify so gxine will play the lower kb sites? Thanks.

That's not it apparently as I get NPR at 8 kbs.
