Gnome 2.8 for Mandrake, where??

Anyone has an FTP site to DL Gnome 2.8 for Mandrake 10?
I've only found the files from gnome.org, but I'm sure there's got to be some RPMs for Mandrake 10.

Thanks :)

There is not an "official" mandrake rpm package yet. I just checked Mandrake's cooker (testing) site and it is not listed. You probably won't see it until after 10.1 official comes out in November. Mandrake locked the distro at Gnome 2.6 for this time.

Ohh, then I guess I'll download Gnome 2.6...I'm running Gnome 2.4 at this time (well, its what came with my CDs)..
The Mandrake copy I have is not directly from Mandrake, rather from a web distributor, I purchased the CDs from them.

Thanks for the reply :)

Gnome 2.8 is SO sweet. Well, kick the layout, but it features Evolution 2.0... Actually, I think I might bow to the temptation to grab Mandy 10.1, if it features Gnome 2.8 and, well, a lot of the good stuff. It seems Gnome 2.6 and KDE 3.2.3 are standard, which is sad. But the packages should be on the way, one might hope.
