Gcc in Mandriva 2009?

I have installed Mandriva 2009 with powerpack but no GCC is there!
So what shall I do? So any distro where i can have gcc in built?

gcc is on the powerpack DVD. It is not installed on intitial installation, unless you select the development group in a custom install. To install it now:
