Gaim-encrypt binary?

They changed things around a bit since the last version of gaim. Apparenbtly I have to get the gaim-encrypt binary installed before I can use the built in functionality of the gaim encryption feature. The problem is I can't find the right one, and when I do, I'm sure I'll have problems compiling it.
Step one... What do I download?

Goto http://easyurpmi.zarb.org and setup your sources
Use either the Mandrake Control Centre->Software GUI or urpmi at the command-line install 'gaim-encrypt'

Hmm.. maybe try googling for 'easyurpmi' or 'easyurpmi mirrors' if it hasn't come back up
