Flash Player Problems in Mozilla Firebird

These days I've been trying to install flash player in Mozilla Firebird. I did everything accroding to what this site has to say about it.
http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/linux.html#Flash

But except the part I dont understand

"If Flash Player does not work, make sure you have a compatible version of libstdc++ present (libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3). On RedHat based systems, install the package "compat-libstdc++" (Package "compat" on SuSE, "libstdc++2.10" on Mandrake 9.2)."

It says I need libstdc++2.10 because I'm using Mandrake 9.2. Where can I get this this package from. I did a googel search and found a website about debian. But download link dosent work....

Is anyone here use Mozilla Firebird? how did you install flash player?
