Don't use the mandrake firewall utility if you want to do anything fancy. Guarddog is the best I've found so far. I let's you define various zones or machines and decide how to manage any port, define custom ports and all.
The interface is a fairly nice gui frontend.
Cheers

Do not switch to another firewall just because you want to be 'stealth.' 'Stealth' is a marketing gimmick used by people at grc.com.
If you are receiving information over your internet connection you are not stealthed. A full scan that shows 'all ports stealthed' does not mean you are invisible. Finding your computer is still entirely trivial.
Security through obscurity does not work.
However, when you say 'all' ports are closed, you mean llterally thousands of ports? On 9.1 Mandrake and newer, default Shorewall behavior is to drop requests, meaning 'stealth.' Post more information, please.
