Finally got speedtouch working ... But now a head bursting high pitch noise ;/

Ok, basically I have finally got the speedtouch 330 working thanks to threads on here. But now I guess I want the moon on a stick .... but ... the damn modem now gives out a really high pitch noise which is giving me a spliting headache

Anyone else had this? Found a fix? - Painkillers seem a bit foolish.

Thnx

The hardware solution might be the easiest: rip the speaker out

I don't know about the speedtouch modem, but if it accepts AT commands then you can turn the speaker off with ATM0 (number zero not a letter).
