I installed All the flash plug-in system wide. When you update your browser it creates a new lib folder mozilla-1.4, mozilla-1.5 and so forth. When you install the flash using an rpm it always goes into the plain mozilla folder. Go into the later folder and rename your plug-in folder and create a link pointing to the plain mozilla plug-in folder and your flash and plug-ins will now work system wide.
