Evolution Ximian crashes trying to delete emails in Outbox

Evolution OUTBOX has to emails with attachments that I wish to remove, Delete
I can click on delete but the evolution system crashes
On reboot the emails are still in the outbox
How can I remove the emails?
Seached Ximan 9pages of Help but nothing relate Trying to delete emails to How to delete emails that can not be deleted.
Can I reinstall just Evolution to Mandrake 9.2 or wait and upgrade to version 10

Have you tried moving them to the Trash folder? You should be able to move them to Trash, and then delete them from Trash. -- J.W.

running mandrake 9.1 here and i can only seem to install the Evolution that comes with it (1.2), but i got a question for you....

could you go ahead and get a Netscape account. typically, install Netscape on your machine and open a netscape account. this will give you IMAP server and account parameters that you SHOULD be able to use with Evolution.... can you do that for me and tell me if you managed to get it working.....

it was the origional objective a week ago and now i'm settling with Netscape. i'm just curious at this point...

thanks
