Error when formating partition during install of Mandriva 2008 x64
I am doing an install of Mandriva 2008 instead of an upgrade since I didn't have any success with that and want to start clean. However, when I get to the partition step I get an error.
An error occurred
Can't call method "val" on an undefined value.
I have tried the Use Existing Partitions option and the Custom Disk Partitioning option where I delete the partion and create it again. I also used the Advanced option to check for bad blocks. The disk also contains an XP install. Any suggestions on how to get this working?
Hi sorry but i could not install mandriva too. With the same error partition stops.
I use vista right now. I partitioned my disk from administrative tools in Vista. I create 60 GB place as unpartitioned disk. After that i insert my cd and reboot. I choose use empty place and again "cant call method val....." any help will be appreciated. Thanks
