Easy Network Printer Issue!

I'm positive this has probably been answered a thousand times in some form or another in these forums, but nothing seems to be the exact directions I need.

I'm on a network in the office. Only person using linux (proudly i might add). I want to print on our HP Laser Jet, however its connected to a windows machine. The printer is shared and it comes up in the LinNeighbourhood tool but when I double click on it and such it doesn't say its adding the printer or anything.

So my simple question is.... How can I add our networked windows printer.

Instructions from the Command line and from KDE would be very appreciated.
