Draksync (SSH) Writes Folders but not Files

I run Mandrake 9.2 on my desktop and my laptop, and I used to use Draksync with SSH to synchonize a directory on fat32 drives on each computer. While away for service the laptop hd was reformatted. Now that I've put Mandrake back on it, I can't get Draksync to work like it used to.

SSH is set up and I know it works because I can login from one computer to another and write to the fat32 drives. When I tell Draksync to synch the directories (copy newest files from each), it will create any new subfolders but won't write any files to either computer. Data seems to be transferred because Draksync runs for quite a while. However, when I run it right after it does the same thing over again.

I can't remember anything special I had to do last time. I can't figure out why any user would be able to write directories but not files, but there must be some reason for this.

I changed my /etc/fstab entries and it works now. For both fat32 drives, I have the following entry:

Code:
/dev/hdx /mnt/win_d vfat iocharset=iso8859-1,codepage=850,uid=username,gid=groupname,umask=0 0 0
username is the user used to login over ssh, and groupname is the same. I'm not sure how it would be done if you didn't want the ssh user to be the drive owner, but that's not something I care about (I only have one user on each machine anways).
